Most recently purchased, streamlined and ultimately sold edtech company Remote Learner after leading it through a six year turn-around. Other roles include, or have included, non-profit Board Memberships, CFO/COO for privately held and venture backed companies, CFO/Sr Associate roles for Southern California-based Venture Funds and a Fund of Fund, with a start to my career as an auditor and consultant with Deloitte.
